职位描述
1.Handle customer feedback and complaint
2.Help management team to identify key service issues that impact customer experience and loyalty
3.Work with respondent team on the action plan to enhance service quality and follow up the progress
4.Generate comprehensive customer feedback/complaint report to management team.
5.Perform quality call observation and report the findings with action plan to address the issues
6.Joint role to design, edit and generate Weekly Quality e-Newsletter to all Call Center employees

1.Bachelor Degree or above, computer science major is preferred
2.Excellent Cantonese speaking & perfect in English
3.Abundant knowledge on customer service
4.Familiar with Dream weaver, Photoshop, Frontpage, Illustrator and database software
5.Knowledge & experience on 6-Sigma & quality control is an advantage
6.Accurate & logical
7.Good interpersonal, communication & problem solving skills
8.Good common sense, team spirit, service concept and customer-orientation
9.Strong initiative and ability to work independently
