Job Responsibilities

 
・ Searching potential candidates in different ways


・ Doing CV screening and evaluation report 


・ Doing the first tel-phone interview and technical interview


・ Providing high-level staffing service to the clients 


・ Actively involved in requirement discussion with different IT resources.




 
Job Requirements (skills/experiences) 

 
- TEM-8 or CET6+, with excellent oral/written English
- Recruiting or headhunting experience will be preferred.
- Good communication skill
- Can work under high pressure, High energy
- Self-motivated and self-learner, able to work as a team and independently.
- Good team work player, stable and responsible. 
Qualifications (Education/Major/Certificates)

 
Bachelor degree in Human Resource, English or other related major
