职位描述
Job Summary

The Analyst is responsible for executing administration tasks around the ongoing operations of ANZ / ASEAN / GC / South Korea Recruiting Support related processes required by business needs. 

Key Responsibilities

They will be responsible for a range of processes as defined by the team structure aligned with to provide recruiting support to ANZ / ASEAN / GC / South Korea countries in accordance with the following service lines:  
     
	Resume Mining 
	Posting management 
	Interview Scheduling 
	Manage Requisitions
	Recruiting planning and management 
	Transitions 

Transactions 

	Complete all administrative and transactional tasks related to the implementation of the service lines noted above 
	Perform information maintenance and update for all service lines in an accurate and timely manner
 
Systems / Standards

Maximize the effectiveness of the HR function by using systems (ATAS, Jobboards, Siebels etc)and procedures that ensure compliance with Accenture standards 

People Management

The resume uploading analyst is responsible for directing supervising two assistants to ensure the SLA could be consistently complied with. 
 
Customer Services

	Ensure to provide high quality services in a timely and effective manner and within agreed service level.
	Ensure that any outstanding issues / enquiries are escalated as appropriate to the team lead with constructive recommendation
 
Teamwork

	Maximize the effectiveness of teamwork within the HR Service Centre by providing assistance to other team members in busy periods
	Regularly review and action incoming email enquiries as directed by the Specialist
 
Process Improvement 

Continuously improve HR processes by undertaking regular reviews and assisting in reviews administrative systems 
and procedures
 
Auditing

Ensure the accuracy of information by regularly conducting audits as appropriate to each service line

Special Projects

	Assist country HR by providing support to local projects with ad hoc services as requested  
	Actively participate in internal & external initiatives where needed

Qualifications

	Tertiary qualification preferably business / commerce or Human Resource Management.
	1- 2 year plus relevant experience in HR or Recruiting
	The incumbent will be based at the ABS in Dalian

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

	Fluency in English and Strong PC skills (MS Office, including Excel, Access and Word)
	Good communication and interpersonal skills

	Demonstrated willingness to work in flat team structure and develop a range of HR competences

	Understanding of general HR policies, procedures and current best practice
